How can I get my key or access card to the apartment?

You won’t need an actual key or card. Each apartment is equipped with an electronic door lock that is unlocked by use of a simple PIN access code. You will be handed the access code that grants you entrance to the apartment ahead of your arrival.

When do I get my access code?

You will be sent an email or text message three (3) days before your arrival with all the proper identification of the apartment and its access code. This is a unique code and it is linked to your reservation. It will only work during your stay.

Do I need to bring my own bed sheets and towels?

Bed sheets, linens and towels are provided and included in your daily rate. Whenever a new costumer arrives all sheets, towels and pillowcases are changed and will be changed once again every three days or at any other time if the costumer exceptionally requests so.

Is it up to me to clean the apartment?

No! It’s just the same as if you were staying at a regular hotel. You are entitled to a full daily cleaning service: bed-making, floor cleaning, bathroom and kitchen cleaning. You apartment is also equipped with a dishwasher; therefore that specific task is not included in the daily cleaning services.

Why should I stay at Serviced Apartments Hello Lisbon and not a standard hotel?

Money well spent. A completely transparent operation: there are absolutely no hidden extra costs such as internet Wi-Fi service, electricity or water. Everything is already included in your final rate, making it easier for you to manage your budget. Clients on holidays or work trips staying for seven (or more) straight nights can benefit from a reduced rate per night. If on a work trip, you can also comfortably turn your living room into an office or meeting room.

Total privacy;
Each Hello Lisbon unit has up to 20 apartments, therefore gathering a maximum of 40-50 persons at any given time, rather than the usual 100 to 200 bedrooms of standard hotels that easily equals 400-500 persons in the same building. The fact that there is no reception desk on location adds up to your utmost privacy.

A broader space to live and work;
An average apartment is at least twice as large as a regular hotel room. You can also take advantage of using a high-tech spacious kitchen.

What are the check-in and check-out hours?

The apartment is yours from 2pm on your arrival date and should be checked-out no later than 12pm on your departure date. You can check-in at any time of the day. However, we strongly advise you to keep with you the voucher we provide with the access code.

What kind of equipment do I find in the kitchen?

Every kitchen is fully equipped and naturally includes a refrigerator, an oven, a micro-wave and a coffeemaker. The only product made available is the hand washing detergent.

May I access the internet?

Every apartment has a limitless Wi-Fi service at your disposal.
